Behold the Festivus Pole miracle!

Actually a photo from the Fox Lake Fire lookout. #Yukon

All the best everyone from James and I. As a truly indy project, the support and encouragement over the last 4 years has been so important. Thank you.

We’re focusing on some new opportunities, and will update these feeds in 2020 with Winter Folk news.

Creating subtitles is very important for your feature film. Lots of good options for generating a transcript but still need a lot of time to tweak and correct.

Windy out here at Mcquesten so a lot more smoke as well.

I did see this moose here crossing the Stewart River and that was lovely.

The locals are now referring to this particular wildfire as a “sleeping giant”. It’s not over.

The Winter Folk

The days of forest fires here continue to experience a wide variety of weather. Misty and cool in the morning, to blue, hot skies in the day and then storm clouds with thunder and lighting in the evenings.

An old saying from back east comes to mind "if you don't like the weather, wait five minutes".
